Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the service after you:

have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and
You have simultaneously confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the service.
